Hola gente de Hive y SWC el dia miércoles hice mi rutina matutina de front lever esta vez la sensaciónes no fueron las deseadas pero se hizo lo que se pudo, ya que me sentia algo fatigado por la semana pasada asi que aun asi tenia que sacar algo bueno.

Luego de salir del trabajo descanse un buen rato para irme al parque a entrenar, cargue mis cosas y me dirigía al parque para entrenar. Me encontré con unos compañeros los cuales saludé y después me dispuse a calentar para comenzar las combinaciones está vez note que la sensación en el calentamiento no fue agradable pero aún así continúe, al terminar de hacer todas las combinaciones.

Me puse a jugar voleibol con los compañeros los cuales querían jugar asi que para matar el tiempo jugamos voleibol y después de terminar de jugar voleibol me puse a terminar la rutina con unos básicos sencillos para adaptar al estímulo y ver si me puedo recuperar lo mas pronto posible de la lesión para asi seguir rindiendo en lo que me gusta, al terminar de hacer todo me dirigía a la casa a descansar para así terminar mi dia

Hi everyone from Hive and SWC, on Wednesday I did my morning front lever routine. This time, the sensations weren't what I expected, but I did what I could since I was feeling somewhat fatigued from the previous week, so I still had to get something good out of it.

After getting off work, I rested for a while to go to the park to train. I packed my things and headed to the park to train. I met up with some teammates whom I greeted and then I got ready to warm up to start the combinations. This time, I noticed that the warm-up didn't feel pleasant, but I still continued after finishing all the combinations.

I started playing volleyball with my teammates who wanted to play, so to kill time, we played volleyball. After finishing volleyball, I finished the routine with some simple basics to adapt to the challenge and see if I can recover as quickly as possible from the injury so I can continue performing at what I love. After finishing everything, I headed home to rest and finish my day.
