Hoy les comparto lo que fue el entrenamiento de este sábado (4 de mayo 2024), en que lo identifico como día de "Powermoves".

Como podrán ver en el vídeo, realice una prueba de máxima "PULL UP" en "Front Lever" y "Push UP" en "Full Planche" antes de empezar con los combos mixtos como había dejado dicho en una publicación pasada, de que "ahora empezaré entrenar (Push UP) y (PULL UP) en el mismo día" pero según que día lo suelo enfocar más en una área, que este caso, fue más enfocado a "Pull UP".

No estoy tan acostumbrado a entrenar de esta manera, pero de poco me iré adaptando a ello.

I'm not so used to train this way, but I'll be adapting to it soon.
