Friends, hope you all are happy and healthy. Friends, there are many such migratory places around the world where we wish to go, but at some places we compromise with time and go, but some places are so far away that we try very hard to compromise with time, but we Unable to go to that place due to lack of time. Similarly, something similar was happening with me for a long time. I was planning to visit the Statue of Unity for a long time but was not able to go due to lack of time.
Friends, this time I had to go to the Statue of Unity to see the statue of Shri Sardar Vallabhbhai Patel, which is the largest statue in the world today, which is called the Statue of Unity and its height is approximately 182 meters, which is currently the tallest in the world. It is a big statue. To make this statue, iron was taken from the farmers of India, which people were throwing away considering it as scrap. Sardar Patel was the first Home Minister of India who abolished the monarchy system by uniting 562 princely states into one country and created a democratic India. It is because of them that India has become a big country. Had Sardar Patel not been there, India would not have become a country and would have remained divided into small princely states.
Yesterday was Sunday so I left my house to go to the Statue of Unity. Some of my family members and friends were also present with me. From our home in Vadodara, we had to travel 90 kilometers to reach Kevadiya village where the statue of Sardar Patel was built. For this reason I preferred to go via train. When I went to buy tickets from Vadodara to Kevadiya among my friends, I saw a very beautiful museum there, where an old train was kept which used to run in earlier times. Now electric trains have been made so this small train has no meaning but we and our future generations should know that this train engine has been saved in the museum.
Friends, it was morning time and there was very little traffic. I had thought that there would be more traffic because of Sunday because people go out with their families on Sundays, hence I had the experience of being more public but it did not happen. I was feeling from the traffic that perhaps there would be less public in Kevadiya too, but the same happened, the Statue of Unity was just as deserted as in Vadodara.
I boarded the train and my friends were also coming with me. During this journey, I saw that farmers work a lot in the fields. Getting out of the fields and doing work in the fields is not a matter for everyone. I came to Naswadi village, just a few kilometers before Kevadiya, so I got down there. There was no crowd even at the railway station, so I had the feeling that perhaps there would be a Funktino in the village. Then I was walking towards the highway with my friends.
After walking from the railway station, we were coming towards the highway. After some time, a rickshaw driver came and made us sit and we were going clicking photos. Most of the electric vehicles here do it. This place has been gradually developed.
You can see how beautiful the view is in the photos seen above. It was about to be evening and people also wanted to see the show on top of the statue. I had taken these photos from a distance of 6 kilometers but still the Statue of Unity is so big that even from a distance it looked as big as it is seen from close.
Friends, there are two big malls here named Ekta Mall and Food and Nutrition Complex, where you can shop and also stay. Earlier there was only forest at this place but now tourism has developed at this place, malls and big buildings are also being built here because development is taking place here, so business is also going to increase. It has been just 5 years since the Statue of Unity was built but the development here is happening very fast and the daily revenue here is Rs 20 lakhs. I am thinking of opening a business here too.
Now that a business of Rs 20 Lakhs has been set up, it is natural that this place will have to be beautified, hence this place will have to be kept in such a way that it looks a little decorated, hence a beautiful circle has been made here which is designed in stainless steel. It is made of stone and a fountain of water comes out here which is attractive and it appears as if the water changes its color in the light. The edge of this circle is made of it and its outer layer seems to be laminated with plastic.
I had gone with my friends and my family, so taking a selfie was a must so that we could remember this moment for a lifetime. Life is very short and in this beautiful life one should hang out with as many people as possible because who knows when tomorrow the book of this beautiful life will close. I have this habit that whenever I go out with my friends, I take a selfie with them.
This is the night view of the Statue of Unity. This place looks very nice in the evening because it is Andhra in the evening, hence lights have been placed on the road here. The best moment of the evening here is that in the evening, the lifestyle of Sardar Vallabhbhai Patel is shown through the projector and that too the picture is seen on the statue of Sardar Patel, which is happening for the first time in India. No one has seen this kind of technology before. It is the time of sunset and hence the sky looks pink.
It was night time and mom was calling, so we had to go home early. We did not feel like leaving from here, but here the entry gate of the Statue of Unity closes at 10 o'clock in the night, so we had to leave together at 10 o'clock in the night, hence there is a lot of traffic here. Going. I had to lose 35 minutes of my time in this traffic. So this way we had a great day and saw something new. Hope you guys liked it.
