To make up for the delay, I went ahead and complete both Level 28 and 29 with my own funds burning all the shares in the process which further increases the value and returns for existing Shareholders. This round of curation reward Dividends includes all 3 of those Levels (27-28-29 ) and once the account reaches 8525 Hive Power, it will be ready to open the next level for those that are interested to get in. I also leased extra HP for 15 weeks and will add some more from the skipped levels.
Tribe token holdings of the account continue to slowly but surely grow to bring some nice added value to all Shareholders.

Thanks @ervin-lemark, you indeed didn't miss anything crucial. I would say the majority of the work for this project in general has been done in the past couple of years and now I'm slowly but surely getting it up to a point where there are 40 Levels and 2000 Shares to let it all run on Auto-pilot afterward while the only way to get shares is to buy them from others with all shareholders actually getting good returns from the shares they own which should make it fairly easy to sell them in case they want out.

The dividend was a nice boost. I hope that by the time level 30 opens up I can get a couple more shares, I do have 35 HBD's in savings and I am hoping to leave those there for the emergency I need to buy moments. Otherwise all my current earnings are going to HP as I am very close to my 10,000 HP goal. And $0.40 is much much better than the $0.001 votes I used to only be able to cast.

If you don't have the needed Hive when the next level opens up you can still get shares and pay for them later when you do have the funds. I guess I bought myself some time completing both level 28 and 29 because I have been lacking it to do all the work opening and clompleting with new shareholders coming in. Once the account reaches 8525 (98 HP More) Level 30 will become available.
It's going to be really interesting where hive will go but I'm quite sure the upvotes from this project will continue to offer some really good value to those who are actively blogging.
I like the up votes from the project, I have just over 300 Hive to go for my 10K HP, and I am pretty confident I will get there by the end of the year.

If it's your own I should easily be able to do it, if it's an account from someone else requiri,g different ownership you are alwasys free to sell them as stated in the terms & conditons.
