Ladder Climb Exercise

Ladder climbs!! This exercise does not require you to bend, squat, or lift in an awkward position! Hooray!!
You are going to be standing straight up for this entire exercise so you don’t have to worry about the gross floor.

This exercise will be comprised of two simultaneous motions. The first one will be to raise your arm until your biceps touch your ear.

Try not to move your head while doing this. Remember to bring your bicep to your ear not your ear to you bicep.

At the exact same time you’re going to raise your opposite knee as high as you can.

The important thing about this exercise is to not strain, pop up, or add momentum to your movements. This is simply raising your hand and knee.
This exercise should be timed and not have a number goal. Don’t put any extra effort into this exercise other than what it takes to move your limbs.

Looks like a great balance exercise for me as a cyclist. I do something similar, but will start this one to change my routine a bit. 10/10

Those are good points.. we do lose alot of movement as we age.. based on our daily tasks.. but its important to realize that and keep building.
