This look so simple!!! You have inspired me to give this ago. Also going to show my family 😅 Thank you for this!

howdy from Texas bvgan! wow I never grew wheat grass but I 've always heard about the health benefits of it and there are quite a few steps but I don't know why it wouldn't work really well to grow them at home like you showed.
All of the washing and making sure our hands are clean, you mean just having dirty hands will contaminate the wheat grass? so that it does what, get mold on it or something? lol we are THAT contagious?
great video!

SUch helpful tips, love the video.

Thank you! I’m glad you enjoyed it 😘

Your videos are GREAT!!! Obviously! I could remember drinking a barley juice and its organic as what they claim from soil up to the product itself. Its made up from barley grass.

Now I came across in your post about wheat grass. Have you also tried barley grass before or wheat grass right away?

If you don't mind, what's your real name @bvgan?

Hi! Thank you so much. I have tried barley grass juice powder before and know it contains really good nutrients as well. My name is Michele. Nice to meet you.

Nice meeting you Michele!
By the way, are you a vegan? Your screen name sounds vegan.

Yes I am.

For how many years now?
How many types of vegan, because I also heard about raw vegan?
Sorry for my questions, I'm just curious on veganism.

Hi @bvgan, Thank you for sharing these video. I like to drink wheatgrass. Wheatgrass is good for health especially for people who lake of greens intake and Chinese believe it can cold down your body if your body is heaty. I always bought sachet in powder form. After watched your steps by steps video, it seems not complicated. I can grow it myself too!! I just need to figure out where to get Food grade Hydrogen Peroxide.
Again, thank you for sharing this fantastic video.

Hydrogen peroxide should be available in any big store in the beauty section. The benefits are amazing, just as you said. Thank you for the kind comment. 🤗

Thank you for the tips. Let me go and find it.

what😍 a great vlog🍵

What a great comment 😘😃👍🏻

@bvgan I love how you grow whedaegrass in your kitchen. It's a beauty to see how beautifully they grow. It's a wonder to see them with that beautiful green color. Thank you very much for showing us step by step. I have done the procedure with the wet napkin but with mango seeds to send.
the plant already harvested in another country. I really liked your video I'm going to do it with wheat and other seeds. I'm super excited about your interesting video. Thank you for sharing it. A big greeting.

You’re very welcome. Thank you for watching and kind comments. It’s truly that easy to grow and the benefits are just amazing. 🤗

I have eaten the wheat in typical Arabian foods but already processed and it is really delicious too. In salads soaked also tabulé. But I really liked the way you harvest it and I'm going to do it at home too. Thank you very much for showing us this harvesting technique in your excellent video.

You’re very welcome. Thank you for watching and kind comment.

Wheatgrass grows quite fast plus growing it doesn't seem to need any complicated steps or equipment, its definitely an easy one. Why does it need so much rinsing even before it starts sprouting? Is it so as to soften the seeds?

It grew beautifully! I think putting it in a smoothie is a great way to consume it.

Seeds still have some microbes and after the hydrogen peroxide, you need to make sure they are clean if it. It wouldn’t hurt but it works every time.
Smoothie is definitely one of the best way to do it for those who don’t like the true taste of it 😉
Thank you for the kind comment.

Ooh... I get it now!! Well, yeah... Not everyone loves the taste so it is a great way to sneak it without it being overpowering...

@bvgan hello
I would like to place an order for the wheatgrass drink thank you for sharing that natural idea played wheatgrass for everyone from @ neymath10

Thank you for a great comment! Let me know how it worked for you. Bon apetit.

Holy moly! If it's that easy I should do it too! All i will need is the seed bed like that to grow it on... But our house is kinda prone to molding due to humidity. 🤔 Hmmm.

And... Am gonna have to look for wheatgrass seeds around here. Hmmm. I only buy the powder form usually since that's what I see in some supermarkets but thanks for sharing. Now I know how to grow them. Hopefully I can grow some in the future.

It’s easy as seen. Use some fan to let the air flow through the grass to stop the mold. Also some people use dehumidifier. Try and see. For the humid climate use little bit less water. Thanks so much for the comment 🤗

Oh fantastic. Thanks for the tips. 😊

But why is the question? Why would you want to grow wheatgrass.....?

Only messing, i have heard of it but never felt to interested in using it as food. I'm sure that it's very beneficial for people but is it nice?

The taste is something else for sure. When you have the shot of wheatgrass, it’s super sweet but gross in the same time 😂 It has a bite to it. Try it!

To be honest I've never even seen it in real life. But I'll make the promise to try it if the opportunity is ever there.

Great!! You’ll be really surprise how sweet is the taste as well as how “rich” is the after taste 😉

Health is the first and I will definitely try not now, but in the near future, as soon as I have my own space and waiting for it to be as beautiful as the one you show us!
I loved the quality of lvideo, very good, and many thanks for the tips!

Whenever the time is right try it and let me m me. Thank you for the kind comment.

Oh @bvgan, I love your video! You are so clear in describing all the benefits of wheatgrass and now I am convinced to get some wheatgrass!(And I love that you listed the makeup you had on :) It does sound like a superfood. Do you usually take before or after breakfast? I have to check to see if the seeds are sold here. Oh, I love your tshirt too :)

Thank you for the kind words. I usually take it after the breakfast. Some people’s stomachs are very sensitive and if they drink it on the empty stomach, it comes back after some time 🤢

Ohh.. ok ok. Probably should try it after breakfast first. Just in case.
Oh, guess what? I went grocery shopping today and I found a ready grown organic wheatgrass for 2 dollars, still in its roots and all!! Well, the package says it is organically grown. I am going to try to slow juice it tomorrow. Hope it works! Thank you @bvgan! A happy weekend to you!

Hi @marblely !
That’s great. Watch out for those sales. I’m not saying that yours was a bad one, but I recently saw a huge sale of wheatgrass (a whole big tray of it) for $3 which is unheard of. I look between the grass and there was a lot of mold. Mold is something that you need to be careful with. If there was no mold, then great!! You’re good to go! Let me know how you liked it.

Your videos are great! You present having plants in the kitchen look so easy which I never realized to be that easy. I've been hearing about the benefits of wheat grass but I do not know where to get fresh ones. With your presentation maybe I can source seeds somewhere else and try them at home.

Thank you for sharing your videos here! 😊

Thank you!! I’m glad you enjoyed it.

By the way, I like your makeup! I did not notice at first because they look so natural on you, until I noticed the text below the video as to what you were wearing. Very good mix of shade and blending. :)

I might try this one without the wheat grass part. LoL, this plant isn't common from where I'm from but the method seems solid enough to let me try a different green leafy plant for substitute. After my Basils got wrecked by the storm and pests, I'm hesitant to invest further on my outside veggy garden.

If you don’t have an access to wheatgrass, you can try some other seeds like peashoot, broccoli, sunflower black olive, etc. it will work as well. All together microgreens are really good for your health.

I love your video is quite professional .. The title of your post caught my attention and that's why I'm here .. Very interesting and valuable your content .. Thank you very much for sharing your advice! A hug from Venezuela @bvgan

Thank you for your kind words. Big hugs from USA. 🤗
