... and that event happened long before any of us had started consuming alcohol. It was all for the bravado and the $5. (Back in the 80's, $5 could go a long way)
$5 was a kings ransom back then!
Alcohol has caused similar tragedies but without the need for someone being paid, haha. Which does actually remind me of the time my mate told us that he had shaved his knacks and then stupidly decided to put aftershave on them. Crikey, that's alcohol too, no chance!
