My first day in this community was so fustrating.I was so fustrated because I don't understand how this community works.
I will create so many content and I didn't receive any upvote and I said to myself that it seems it's people who put money that they do upvote.
I was fustrated until I wrote a particular content chemistry around us which I received an upvote of 14 pob and I was so happy and comforted.After then I won't receive any upvote until I met with a contest #pobtalk by @vempromundo.pob where you can receive an upvote luckily.
Then I taught this community was about earning free money until I went to read pob white paper by @proofofbrainio and my perspective changed about pob being free money. I also saw @onealfa.pob said he is willing to hodl pob for over 9 years and above then I knew that pob is not a free money but a cryptocurrency with a vision and mission.
Then I decided to start writing content about how this community will grow and started proposing to the community and I received my highest upvote by @onealfa.pob thanks to him.He really do appreciate me and his appreciation made me consistent in this community.

I was so frustrated just as you are the only difference between you and I is that I create just little content.
Pob is not a free money. Pob is an online social media cryptocurrency . It's still in its developing and early stage which is just over six month old.
pobtalk by vempromundo.pob has really helped so many of us in this community in the beginning.
the only thing that can save you from from frustration in this community is that you should be 1.creative 2. You should keep Staking pob.
If you are doing those two things mentioned, you will enjoy this community than everyone else.
i think we both have similar story mate. there was a point i was downvoted by someone all because i used a wrong #ashtag to post. the community is just full of different experiences as a novice.
I've never been downvoted before and when I joined this community.
But when I first joined I really receive of vote which get me fustrated than ever.

I definitely believe that pob will soon reach it's maximum total supply very soon because more people will join this community more than expectation and I will play a great role in that and the rate of staking,upvoting, engagement will increase and mining rate will definitely also increase.
What should be the reward solution.

@leprechaun replied to one of my comment and said that the upvote rate will half after every 4 years but that won't stop it from reaching it's maximum total supply one-day.

Good morning everyone it has been a while and I really miss you guys, my traveling to my village and there is no much light due to rain that fall everyday.
This is a great question my first day in this community was somehow tough,because I don't know the rules and regulation of the community much like that.
All I was told is that if I comment any hour or I posted anyhow I will be downvote with it so and I don't want to be downvote so I just need to be careful.
I will just do some little comments and then it leave it and I saw some great post which I do think are these people have really done a great thing.
because I know it's not easy to be a writer for you to write a post you need to think very well before you present it to the community.

What I like about this community is that did you encourage most content created. Even though they are not interested in your content they won't downvote it anyhow. The only reason why content is devoted here is because if you disobey pob rules and regulations or you copied and pasted someone content(plagiarism) or hate speech.That's only when your content will be downvoted.
My experience on my first day in this community?
I was just so confused on my first day in this community.i don't just understand anything going on.Before I successfully open my hive account it took me more than 3 days because this site is just so complicated.
On my first day,I didn't give full concentration on pob community and I visited other communities under hive blockchain but not knowing I am missing a lot in pob until I just visited pob community and I noticed something very interesting.Pob community accept all type of aspect of life whether it's finance,sport,science and many more.
It makes me more fond and addicted to pob community because I know that I can find every form of good content.
Little by little I adapted to this community and my confusion reduced everyday.
Even if there is no reward, or upvote in this community, I will keep engaging in this community just like other popular social media like Facebook,Instagram visiting those popular social media without getting a reward that is how engaging in this community is like to me because this is where I find most fun.

My first day on the hive was a little bit overwhelming, i saw a lots of great post and i was thinking if i will be able to make any good post that will get people attentions.
And then I made my shitty introductory post got some construction criticism and recommended posts on how to find my ways around, and that change my whole writing skill into better.
I found it very easy and interesting engaging with others, I started engaging at #pobtalk and i had fun there sharing my thoughts with others.
I continued to read as many informative post about the hive that i came across.

My first day in this community wasn't that good, I was not told of the do's and don't of the community,
I didn't even know my way around, I never knew about the various group, the community was like a newspaper to me, I was just seeing and reading different news and stories..
All I was told they do here is to post, comment and earn.. Just like that🙃🙃
So all I did was to comment at every post I saw, and I couldn't make a content then because I was still learning how to upload pictures 🤣🤣, I was punished and warned severally not really because I plagiarised but because my content wasn't really nice and I didn't cite the source I got my images from..
Those warnings and little guides helped me a lot, and I developed myself better when I was told to join the engagement in #Pobtalk, there I started enjoying the community and was now addicted to engagement...
The person that introduce you should have give you the proper information about the community the don't and do.
You See that's the mistake some people do if they want to introduce someone into investment or community like this, because as an a new person in the community, the person that invite need to give you the proper information or the rules and regulation of the community.
And then concerning the post you said some is like in newspapers to you, well, that is how you see people but me when I first introduced to the community, as saw those post is a good one which someone need to learn from and the community is where someone can learn and grow academically.
And have more experience about life not only cryptocurrency because some post when you read it ,it will improve your knowledge and that I really love it.

Learning never ends dear, we all learn something new everyday. Make sure your content adds value to yourself and the community, it should be of your interest and you enjoy writing it. Because it not always about rewards and money, we cannot not get same amount of rewards on each post and everytime. Even with the comments do not just comment for the sake of it, try to be yourself and have real conversation. I came across so many new people on the community in the beginning, who used to comment more than 50 times daily but now I hardly see some of them. Can i say to me everything was so confusing, i had to wait, read through just a few comments that i can see from the frontend topic, and then faced with the delimer of introductory post, when I don't even know how to compose a writeup. I know no one, everything was fozzy, then i started following people and with that i see their post, get confused once in a while again but i had a great teacher who asked me to calm down and not be faster than my shadow that i did come to get a hold of it. First day was full of surprises and much amazing excitement and experience. I only new about Hive and Leofinance prior to POB. I was not having good experience there and I was not serious too. To be honest if I had not found about POB I would had definitely quit the Hive. What attracted me most on POB?
Its the People here. The engagement, interaction and some wonderful knowledgeable person here. On the first day itself after some exploring around the community, I made the decision to invest myself fully into POB community for lifetime. mine was a bit funny. Initially the orientation i had was that once you write a post you will get upvote.... i was curious then to see how the community work. so i wrote my introduction page and start looking at my blog one after the other to see if people really upvote and like my introduction.
For two days all i could see was 0.02pob i was like this is not a good place to be that people here already know there own. after the third day i saw @leprechuan voted and i got some pob. i was like wow... so people now know me in the community. but the only boring part was when i started writing sport post and all i could get is lesser than 1 pob. I felt so discouraged
but the truth i have learnt is that i should always learn to communicate and create more friends if i want to achieve great in the community.
With people like @mineopoly @vikbuddy @hookup.pop @rapha-el7 who I met in #pobtalk and made this community fun even without receiving an upvote I do find this community as a great fun and a place to interact and learn many things.

Me personally if I have the means and chance to do for pob,first of all I will make 1pob equal to 3hive and also make the value of pob to be at the high side of all Currency.
My experience was good, I learnt a lot from reading other people’s content, I got corrected from my own content being a Newbie. Although I had been using the #proofofbrain before I knew what it was because I saw other people using it. But the moment I found out it had its own community, I was overwhelmed because I felt I belonged in the community. Every one was so nice and they interacted with my post.

There was something funny about me in this community. Almost 90% off all the content in this community, I don't understand. There are so many complex content that are so difficult to understand for newbies. content like @amr008.pob staking details, pobtalk of vempromundo.pob and so on.
I was just confused but as this goes on I saw so many interesting and content so easy to understand and I was convinced about how good this community is.
I thought that is how this community will be forever but it's a pleasure for me to engage in this community
