It has been seven weeks since my first Hive Open Mic entry into the community, and I am here again because of the theme for this week. Most of the rest have seemed somewhat challenging to join in (or I have just been lazy, rather). But here I am now, again.
This week's theme is Nothing is impossible. And I chose to render the song by Bethel Music, Goodness of God. It aligns perfectly with what I think of that phrase, so there were no second thoughts about it.
The goodness of God is a strong tower that holds me, my family, and friends together. It keeps running after me, and I just cannot hide from it. It is evident to me that I have lived in it, and that is how I have my being. It has been faithful in my life, and with every breath I am able, I will sing of the goodness of God.
It is a wordhip session for me, and I have put a lot of effort into delivering it as best as I can. You may want to use earphones for a more immersive experience. Last but not least... Enjoy!

Han pasado siete semanas desde mi primera entrada en Hive Open Mic en la comunidad, y estoy aquรญ de nuevo por el tema de esta semana. La mayor parte del resto me ha parecido un tanto desafiante para participar (o simplemente he sido perezoso, mรกs bien). Pero aquรญ estoy ahora, de nuevo.
El tema de esta semana es Nada es imposible. Y elegรญ interpretar la canciรณn de Bethel Music, Goodness of God. Se ajusta perfectamente a lo que pienso de esa frase, asรญ que no me lo pensรฉ dos veces.
La bondad de Dios es una fuerte torre que me sostiene a mรญ, a mi familia y a mis amigos. Sigue corriendo detrรกs de mรญ, y no puedo esconderme de ella. Es evidente que he vivido en ella, y asรญ tengo mi ser. Ha sido fiel en mi vida, y con cada aliento que pueda, cantarรฉ la bondad de Dios.
Para mรญ es una sesiรณn de palabras, y he puesto mucho empeรฑo en transmitirla lo mejor posible. Es posible que quieras usar auriculares para una experiencia mรกs envolvente. Por รบltimo, pero no menos importante... Disfruta!

Was that emotion for me ๐ญ๐ญ, I so much love how you put yourself in the song, it was as if the song was yours and you were just sitting there doing your thing.
This song is an amazing song and you did really well with it, the guitar lines were awesome and your voice, wow, that pitch was not really what I was expecting but man, you can sing abeg.
See as you tag me now, please always do that oo, I don't want to visit your blog one day and see that I miss any video from you, it won't be good oo ๐๐๐.

Well, I do have a personal connection to that song. There just was no way for me to hide it, hence it was reflected in my rendition. If only the song were mine. I would like to write my own songs too.
And as for my guitar, we have come a long way together, so we just connect easily. This one isn't my first guitar. It's my third, actually. But the first two were acoustic guitars (may the gentle souls rest in peace). I have had this one for two years now, and we just flow.
I am not sure I have the picture of what you could have expected me to sound like, regarding the pitch, but I know this is not your first time hearing me sing. Anyway, thank you very much.

Hmm, having a personal connection with the song explains so much, you just sang like it's now or never and it was just so beautiful to listen to. Well it's a matter of time before you get your song, I remember you already have your own tunes, like champagne, hehe, I loved it and maybe you can add some lyrics? That's by the way sha.
Wow your third guitar!! Wait, when did you start playing the guitar? And yes I could feel the connection you have with your guitar, it's very obvious and real. I really do love how you play, it's as if once you are with your guitar, nothing matters to you at that point, well just saying sha, that's what I observed but I might be wrong ๐.
Well, I never thought you could sing that low, despite the pitch you did really well, is like you like singing bass right? Even if you don't, you can if you put a little practice.
Sure please feel free to always tag me, it's a really great privilege to listen to you sing or even play your guitar.
Yes I've noticed that but the thing is, I will still keep leaving my comments and wait for the day you reply them, I'm that patient for them, trust me, hehehe. Did I here you say forget? Funny, that's what I told myself when I was about to begin recording. It is quite normal to make like 20 takes and not be satisfied. I only did one and that's what we have now.
Champagne was just intended to be guitar lines alone. I sure will write my own songs, soon enough.
I started playing the guitar in 2015. And when I play, it really feels like it is just me and the guitar. So, actually are right.
Well, I can actuallu sing bass. That's where my voice tends towards. I just do not practice it much.

That word works like magic, hehehe. I totally understand that because it has also happened to me, remember the last song I did, that was recorded just once too. I think it happens that way when we are related to the song in a way.
Okay, it's okay that way, what do you think inspires you to come up with something, like what inspires you to play the guitar?

When I play the guitar, it is all about feeling. It is more of less like an extension of myself. I express myself through it. All I just need to do id feel, and I grab my guitar.
Hmm, that's really nice, I'd love to learn how to play someday, it's really so lovely listening to you and others play.

It is not a limitation. I actually used to sing with the choir, but I pulled out because I had more passion for playing the guitar, and moreso, I was finding singing with the tenor really hard. You can probably tell that I sing lower than tenor. I a baritone singer.

Actually, I'm on vacation. It's been 1 week and 3 days. Very busy with family life here in the #Philippines.
This is my first time in my lifetime that I have wished time would go slower. I truly am enjoying my stay here with my in-laws. They are very hospitable. I love their way of living.
I have posted a few things about this place too.
Their way of living shows that truly NOTHING IS IMPOSSIBLE.
Hope I get to record myself too for this weeks theme song.
