Gooooood morning feathered friends oh do I have a beautiful sight for you today. While out exploring we were graced with a beautiful red wattle bird.

You admit you have some subscription so you don't have to add sources, but then above.. 'we were graced with a beautiful red wattle bird'.

This appears to be while out browsing on the internet of your subscription site and not wandering around your neighbourhood?

Can I say I spotted a Lion in the distance and post a subscription Lion? That's the same as you are doing..

We don't take kindly to being fooled. If they are your images then fine, but they are clearly not (you didn't not shoot them).

Look at my profile, we are always out and I have pictures of me and my kid. My image is in the comments section.

I can see you're out and about and also that you get community support like here. Just be honest and nobody will bother you. It doesn't look good what you are doing.

Fabulous post but a reminder that you MUST source any photos that you do not own. I would hate seeing you get blacklisted. It would break my heart actually. Always add your source.

Paid for through my subscription of Canva. My images were not clear

Curated photography/photo contest tags are for submitting own and original photography, not someone else's (either bought or free use). Any photography that was not taken by the author of the post has to be clearly sourced.

You'll need to apologies for that as per reasons below.

They are great pictures but this was brought to my attention by someone who was on the verge of reporting you. Anytime they are not your images, just add a line saying where they are from. I guarantee that it will save you a lot of grief.

Please! Pease edit your post to make it clear that these are not your photos, otherwise I have been told that you will be reported to Hivewatchers today.

Hi @melinda010100 sorry but Hive watchers is a joke. They are saying my image source is of a site that is actually plagiarising the true source.

Their commentary is appalling and anyone group or people that follow them I don't agree with.

On 3 occasions they have approached me (this is the 3rd) previous two times it was their error.

In chat they stated "sorry we have to look like we are doing something".

No public apology was ever produced. They are rorting hive selling a false product for fee.

I'd like to know who the community member was as they have provided false information in the report and it needs to be addressed.

Please see my latest blog post on the matter and why Hive Watchers is wrong.

Source of photography plagiarism 1
Source of photography plagiarism 2

The image you posted is the primary source of value for your post or you have posted an image in a curated and/or artistic tag (photography, art, etc.) without attribution or source. By doing so you are claiming to be the sole content creator and that the image is original to yourself.

Plagiarism is the copying & pasting of others' work without giving credit to the original author or artist. This includes manually reproducing the work of others, which violates their intellectual property rights.

Repeated plagiarism is considered fraud. Fraud is discouraged by the community and may result in the account being Blacklisted.

If you believe this comment is in error, please contact us in #appeals in Discord.

Sorry that is incorrect. Once I purchase the rights I am free to use the images as I own the rights. As stated above my image was not as clear.

Your comment is not correct nor is your finding.

There really needs a body that holds Hive Watchers accountable to their actions it is damaging and costly.

Hello. It was already explained by the community to you in the comment section here.

Curated photography/photo contest tags are for submitting own and original photography, not someone else's (either bought or free use). Any photography that was not taken by the author of the post has to be clearly sourced.
Buying photography/photo art does not make you the author/photo artist who created the photos. Neither does it give you a copyright. They only give you a right to use for commercial purposes.
These photos are the main highlight of your post and are published in curated tags - by doing so you claim to be the author of these photos and claim copyright to them.

If you think that you can bulk drop photography into curated tags and photo contests that you purchased from stock websites to farm rewards, then you understood it the wrong way round.

As you said use for commercial purposes. You have made an allegation of plagiarism. That is a different matter which you're convoluting. This is the 3rd occasion, you previously marked one of my other photos as a breach which it was not. You can use the same image so long as the post is different which I did.

At no point did you apologise or rebute.

An explanation IS provided in the comments section of the post. Your response is Nul and void.

I am calling for a public apology or will commence a campaign to have you hard forked out..

An institution that has poor accountability and makes allegations without speaking to the party involved is the very definition of poor governance.

As the service I use is for political and business I am aware of what I can and can't do with them..

You explaining it to me incorrectly is quite offensive.

I am seeking an apology

This is the 3rd occasion, you previously marked one of my other photos as a breach which it was not. You can use the same image so long as the post is different which I did.

Can you please elaborate on which of the previous 2 investigations we were incorrect?
They appear valid to me.

Or recycling post? (Our comment was correct. It was a double post. Although you did it by accident)

The previous photography plagiarism post? (Unless it is your photo published in curated photography tag, the investigation was valid)

We explained how authorship and copyright works and what publishing now own photography in curated tags work.
Please do not publish photography plagiarism.

Again you're incorrect and pulling statements and law out of thin air.

You've sent trolls to my account and caused loss of earnings. You need to provide recompense for your errors.

Anyway doesn't matter.

@featheredfriends and @detlev lost authors on their posts because of you.

Mind you, most community groups have bot voting. Pretty sure that's a thing. But you remain silent when you're on the cut.

Who was it that reported it?

  • To farm rewards

These were not submitted in a contest and are not there to farm rewards.

If people don't like the image they can not look at it or they can simply not vote.

I'm seeking

  • compensation
  • public apology for defamation

You also NEVER read reported content. Read the post and tell me where I it is mentioned that I took the images?

Do you want to try again with your incorrect sources

Time to go on your Hive Tour

@melbourneswest Oh man if this was allowed everyone would just have some photography subscription and never leave their house.. Downvoted for dishonesty, if you have to edit after being called out you dont deserve rewards..

Hope you learn from this by citing sources in the future.

Learn from what? The error is on Hive Watchers behalf.

It was not a contest, response was provided in the comments section and no breach of anything occurred, furthermore I am accused of "vote farming"

Thanks for down voting and removing rewards, I'll keep your account in my mind for the future 👍🏾

Also, you have never engaged on any posts nor supported any contests or positively engaged in any way. Just show up to down vote.

Clearly another block chain change that needs to occur

Glad we now have each others attention. If you think you can pass off someone else's photos as yours with out citing them your going to be met with alot of resistance.

Well done you cost @featheredfriends and @dna.org their delegation.

If you're going to show up and cause shit without knowing how things work, reading content then your going to cause issues on the block chain.

DNA lost a curator and delegation because of it.

It's a blog site not instagram.

Read the actual blog. You're free to have your views and opinions but when you put them into action, they cause issues.

I'll focus my time and effort which I have for those communities somewhere else.

Your fault mate, well done. Go ruin another community

Your choice to leave, glad if you powered down and just left the platform. I think steem may be more up your alley if you want people forked out.

I find it odd, a community group that has a voting bot and curration trail and I get accused of "vote milking".

Steem is more up your ally if you like the circle jerk action of the rewards pool.

Stop trying to change the subject... Like I said.. if you try to pass photos off as your own and do not cite them your not going to do well here.

But I'd rather you just power down. If your going to try to be a manipulative asshole I'd rather not even see you around.
