You got those right! The full list is Salami ham, cheese, tomato, marinated pickle, red onion, some mustard something sauce, jalapeno, pate, cabbage leaf and spices( oregano, basil, garlic ). I'd send you one if I could hehe.

I dont think theres financial freedom to be found from hive at least not for those living in developed economies. There is simply not the economics for that. The frustrating thing is that hive is an outlet that gets replaced by work.
I agree with you, I understand your point of view. I think that few people manage to make a living from Hive, or at least improve their financial situation because of it, but we can't give up, right? Let's try to do our best.

Wanted to lock in cheap $SPS ahead of the upcoming #Splinterlands miniset, so I tried the new USDC:SPS pool on Base Blockchain.
Even for DeFi, Coinbase still took a fee on their end, but the bridge was easy, smooth, and better than cryptodotcom!

This reminded me of the time I commented the crisis of orangutans being shaved and prostituted in Indonesia to my coworkers, causing them to look weird at me, so I had to dig articles from Globo, BBC and CNN talking about it as they thought I was making the whole thing up.

Hell yeah! 160kg, 8 repetitions! First time I got there, after being able to do 10 reps of 140kg. The reps on 160 weren't all perfect, but at least 2 were. 8 perfect reps is the #goal for 2025. Gonna keep #pumping! No powders, all #natural #fitness. #gym #achievement
Big accomplishment with no powders. I don't mess with any preworkout or caffeine powders, but I definitely take 30g of collagen protein every morning with breakfast!
I have coffee in the morning, then half a granola bar, and that's it for the workout. Works really good for me so far. I do take some vitamins, but no extra protein at all. I never went to the gym for muscles, but for work-out. But Seeing the effect is pretty cool, I admit :-D
I don't eat a lot of meat in my regular diet, so I take the collagen protein in the morning just to stay balanced with all the carbs and fats I eat during the day.
Yeah I'm even worse with that, no animal protein at all 😅 I'm actually surprised that my body is able to do that kind of workout and yet function very well all day. I mean, I know about a lot of vegan elite athletes, but I thought that it was more complicated to balance.

I don't know much about Frontier, but in Modern Champ ranked, sometimes it is more important to counter an opponent's strategy than to just jam the 6 biggest, strongest units into one lineup.

Interesting, I've heard of different strains of oyster mushroom mycelium, but I haven't heard the name "lion's mane" yet. I'll have to Google it. :)
What form of mushroom do you prefer? Fried, pickled, salted, boiled, or boiled after drying?
I like mine sautéed in butter and black pepper, maybe a touch of fresh lemon juice for brightness.
The creamy salo brings out the flavor of the mushrooms, it sounds very appetizing :)
But I would add a lot of fried onions and simmer it all in sour cream.

I haven't, thanks for sharing. The way it is communicated is saddening too, though. It seems more like an attempt to hide what actually happened and who was involved rather than be honest and transparent about it :/
These things need to be handled carefully. It's not vast sums, but it's a betrayal of trust. We have lots of good people, but there will be some bad apples who get greedy.
