I hate so much the huge influence "GrandpaCoin"(BTC) still has over all cryptos.

Eventually BTC will die, when it stops being synonymous to anything related to crypto and another crypto will take it's place. My guess is ETH although I would strongly prefer Hive. Not because my stake here but because it's technology far superior to ETH.

It's not generally a daily habit, but I walk a fair bit anyway. I'm doing an activity challenge this month, so am doing something every day. About 3500 steps this morning.
It's perfect and healthy. I walk every evening, covering up to 5,000 steps, and it has really helped me health-wise.
Maybe after the challenge you can consider adding walking to your daily routine
