I'm working on my limits in cardio. According to my Garmin, I got to 187 BPM - but that's averaged for that time section. got up to 197 at one point. Gotta take it slower next time, and build that stamina. But good to know what my body can Support. #gym #training #cardio #fitness

“Death has no Power” doesn’t allow death triggered abilities just like the final rest ability. So things like Spite, resurgence, and other death triggered abilities no longer work.
