in the book, the author defines sexuality "as the creative energy of all geniuses" and tells us that there has never been a great leader, builder or artist who lacked the driving force of sex.
On the other hand, the author makes it clear that the mere possession of that energy is not enough to produce a genius; the energy must be transmuted from a desire for physical contact to some other form of desire or action before it can elevate one to the state of genius.
In short, we need to harness human biological drives, such as the desire to reproduce, and turn them into a motivating force. This energy turned into strength will enable us to work harder and be more creative in achieving our short, medium and long-term goals.
What should we do to transmute the energy?
the first thing you should do is identify which of your motivations are sex oriented and check if these motivations are valid or on the contrary were determined by the society where you were born, remember that the sex industry is very big and is present in all areas of our lives, if when evaluating these motivations you realise that you are wasting time and energy on social networks looking at pictures with people who have great bodies or boast of wealth remember that these are social constructs to make you want those things and spend your energy.
The second thing you must do is relearn how to actually use sexual energy, for them you must focus sexual desire into an action that will lead to the realisation of your projects, other thing you must find out is what your purpose in life is and then determine what actions will lead to fulfilling that purpose, once you have done that, you must link the action to the desire coming from the biological impulse
As time goes on, you will find that you spend less energy and less time on the things that fuel biological desire; instead, you will invest that time and energy in concrete actions that will lead to the achievement of your goals.
In conclusion, human beings have an energy that comes from the biological impulse to reproduce, this energy is one of the most powerful in the universe and if you manage to harness it and turn it into motivation to take actions in fusion of your goals, you will be able to achieve your objectives in a short period of time.
