Friendship begins with a good Interview. These young ferns have just arrived on earth. They are a little at a loss and decide the question of how to live on. Apparently not an easy task.
Interview
Дружба начинается с доброй беседы. Эти молодые папоротники только что прибыли на землю. Они немного в растерянности и решают вопрос, как им жить дальше. Видимо, не простая задача.
Isthmus
Karelian Isthmus. I found this company of ferns here in these forests. I don’t have a drone and I had to climb to the top of a forest hill. This is a typical picture for the Karelian Isthmus. Pine forest and small lakes.
Карельский перешеек. Эту компанию папоротников я обнаружил здесь в этих лесах. У меня нет дрона и мне пришлось забраться на вершину лесного холма. Это типичная картина для Карельского перешейка. Сосновый лес и небольшие озёра.
Idol
I think that forest people lived in these forests. Their gods were the forces of Nature, animals and trees. And, of course, these forces were personified by god-Idols.
This is the goddess Makosh. In her right hand is the thread of Fate (ball and spindle), and in the seed horn of plenty. This is one of the highest divine of pantheon.
Думаю, что в этих лесах жили лесные люди. Их богами были силы Природы, животные и деревья. И, конечно, эти силы олицетворяли люди-боги кумиры (идолы).
Это богня Макошь. В её правой руке нить Судьбы (клубок и веретено), а в севой рог изобилия. Это одно из высших божест пантеона.
Intimate
You can talk with God anywhere. You can go to the sacred grove, go to the temple or stay at home. This is a very intimate conversation and it concerns only the two of you.
С Богом можно беседовать где угодно. Можно пойти в священную рощу, зайти в храм или оставаться дома. Это очень интимная беседа и она касается только вас двоих.
Illumination
Not. It is not the gods who descended to earth. It is we ourselves who are trying to reach heaven. This attempt Illumination belongs to Mr. Monocle. All 3 pictures show the same place. This is a view of the intersection from the window of my window. The result depended on the shift of the optical axis when shooting.

Iron
It is said that Prometheus stole the fire from Hephaestus and gave it to the people. Thanks to fire, people learned how to make iron. For example, the Slavs believe that Veles taught them this. Be that as it may, without iron I cannot imagine modern society.

Ice - rune Futark
I love the numbers 7 and 9. Therefore, I will add another mystical element. Rune Isa. * Isaz * - in translation from the Pragerman language this means ice. This is 11 rune of the senior futark. If you need to stop some process, as if to freeze it, this rune can help in solving this problem. For example, stop the development of the inflammatory process in the body before seeking help.

Если вам нужно остановить какой-то процесс, как бы заморозить его, эта руна может помочь в решении этой задачи. Например, остановить развитие воспалительного процесса в организме до обращения за помощью.

This Isthmus forest looks so wide and you could probably hike for days without meeting anyone apart from bears and wolfes ;)

Unfortunately, there are practically no such wild forests on the Karelian Isthmus. There are wolves and bears, but there are many more people.
Mr. Monocle learned these things from Mr. Helios. They can argue in this skill :-))

I love it when it is all green overgrown with ferns.
I wouldn't mind the bears and wolfes as long as they are not hungry 😉 but if I see there are many people I would turn around and go into another direction 😉
These light effects which those two Misters produce are great.

Yes, this is my job. I made it from a maple trunk. Previously, I was actively engaged in wood carving and took orders for sculptures. I usually work with cutters and burs.

I will gradually spread. Not everything that is in the photos, I like the way it is taken. But retake is no longer possible. Thing has found a new owner. I will show how it was :-)
I understand about those old photos! I have so many that I wish I could go back and retake them again with the camera that I have now. Retracing a lifetime of photos from various places around the world is impossible. We just have to make do with what we have! I will look forward to seeing them!

Especially I enjoyed your illustration of the words Intimate and Illumination (I was considering those two words, but didnt came to practical results; yours are great!).

I’m a little late in getting to your I selections. I like how you used the different gods or mystical figures in your search.
I have some rune stones and did know something about their meanings. I haven’t taken them out of the box to play with for a long time.
