Today was the race from Colonia San Jordi to Ses Salines, which is about 6km further. This race goes slightly uphill where obviously the other way is slightly downhill. I'm telling this because in the beginning of August the race goes in the other direction. Would it be a coincidence that there were a lot more participants in that race than there were now (about 200)??? It's especially the last 2km which are a bit challenging, to be more specific from km4 to km5,5 more or less. Today also younger children were allowed to run, so my daughter participated and since there was only one category U23, she couldn't make it too the podium (in the end anyway she ended up 6th) we decided she'd run alone to learn how to regulate. With a bit more than 32 minutes she ran about 5'20"/km which is not great, but not bad for an 11-years old in this hot and humid weather (26th out of 57 females).
Oh, I ran at about 4'15"/which was also not that bad considering the circumstances but now with a lot of pain in my hip (apart from the Achilles Heals)
Later on we tried a kebab on the road back in Campos. #AliveAndThriving #alive

Hahaha that's a good one. I don't like anything with coffee taste... Mokka ice cream, Amaretto, coffee itself obviously, etc. I don't like the smell and even less the taste. It's a hugh problem when doing business in Italy. These people tend to drink more coffee (or some derivate from it) than they work or do business I realized. Later I reconsidered and thought, theymight have had shares in a certain coffee brand !LOL !CTP
