Awaiting Lightning Strikes, A Photography Journey in Extreme Weather

It's been a long time since I shared photography content in this photography lover community. Today, I will again share the results of my photography work here with all my friends. This time, what I want to share is a photo of extreme weather before it rains. The roar in the sky sounded very loud, the wind was blowing hard. Maybe some people will leave the area, but for me, this weather is a challenge. Yes, because I'm hunting for flashes of lightning that strike.

Even so, I'm always careful of the dangers that might occur when I'm shooting. Apart from that, I also know how to take pictures in situations like this, as I have written in several previous posts. For us, to get good and perfect results, patience to wait for the right moment is very important. Indeed, that moment would come next time, but the atmosphere and outcome would definitely be different from before. I've never been satisfied shooting lightning flashes, because I'm always learning and taking pictures whenever the weather is cloudy with thick black clouds.

On this expedition, unfortunately I did not get satisfactory results. Yes, because I didn't manage to catch the flash of lightning. The lightning light only appeared behind the dense clouds. I waited almost 4 hours on the beach, but the atmosphere changed and it rained very hard. Finally, I decided to go home.

Even though I didn't get the perfect picture, I still want to share the photos that I got in this post. However, I promise to share more interesting photos next time. Hope you guys like the photography content that I'm sharing this time. Oh yes, if you have experience in photographing flashes of lightning, please share tips and tricks with me.
