This time of year is awesome when trees pretend they are flowers! I have a cherry try and plum tree and that make spring so great.
I should start jumping in on these as it is one reason I moved to a smaller town.

I love the beauty of spring, the fresh, the renewal of life. I am not sure there is anything that beats it. Oh, the plums have the prettiest flowers! I hope you got/get pictures of them.

Oh those are beautiful blooms! Some rainy days are perfect actually. You can be a bit lazy without the guilt. Besides like Waylon and Jessi sang, storms never last, do they? Better days are ahead, I can feel it!

It was just a catch and release kind of storm! Those are the very best kind. You are right, there are rainy days that are perfect. But, today wasn't one of them. LOL I needed a little bit of sun shining on me.

What a truly sublime post. Love that little kitten running across the screen. Is that new or have I just not noticed it? Some really vibrant orange offered up today. So lovely:)
I love the little kitten! I just added him a couple of days ago... (Caturday, actually) I forgot to take him down the next day and decided I like him up there. :)
So I let her stay. Not sure if it is a boy or girl, so should henceforth be referred to as it.

Oh, spring does it for me. Every single time. It is so hard to deny the obvious, isn't it? I just feel like Colorado will be springing into action any day soon. And then, like us, have a day or three of inclimate weather and go back to start again.

I actually love it when it rains follows by some nice sun, it seems to briong out in the color of the flowers and that with the rain drops on the flowers makes for gorgeous shots like these

Truth! There is just something about the washing of rain on the foliage. It renews and refreshes, giving such colors to them. Sometimes, it is just so beautiful, it just takes my breath away.
Then, the sun that comes after the rain is such a welcome sight, you can hardly stand it... Oh, yes! What you say is true.
I certainly hope that you had an amazing day! You sure have a way of making everyone elses day wonderful.

Ye sit was a good day, I am not sure about making everyone else's day I know I pissed off oen guy today but he really did deserve one of my snarly jabs, he has been ever since we moved into the space so loud on phone calls and not using the little rooms we have for those, and he just did not get the nice suggestions I gave him so I ripped into him a little today, not really to bad he joked about it being quite as he would be out next week I just said with the volume he talks on the phone, if he is still in the states we will still hear him

OMGosh! I actually laughed out loud when I read this. :)
They have phone rooms (or conference rooms) where people are supposed to go to carry on, especially working in the cubes. How rude! No kidding. I have a loud voice when I am having conversations sometiems, especially when I get a little excited. (Happy usually) If I am frustrated, my voice lowers to almost a whisper.
But, I would have loved to have been a fly on the wall. For sure! LOL

LOL funny just as I was reading your reply he just came in and walked past so quietly and said good morning guys almost in a whisper, I think I have scared him into quiet mode. I should probably feel guilty but in all honestyI don’t evil I know
I use the little rooms for all my calls, sue its a little inconvenient, but its the way to be in a quite area
I to raise my void=ce when excited, and go quite when frustrated, but if i hit angry which seldom happens then I BOOM LOL

Oh man, your tiger lillies are already blooming. I miss all the lillies we had, I had a lot of tiger lillies at one of the houses I lived in, took 4 years to get them all spread out and a lot of them, only to have the neighborhood brat come over and whack them all with a stick, next day I had the fence people over giving me an estimate and so the remaining few that survived the whacking where forever hidden from the view of the neighbors. We have not been established here long enough to get a garden started, may try to get one going this year, undecided.
You really did put the fence up, didn't you? I get it! I really do. You just don't know what will come next, know what I mean???
Oh, to be those parents.

Hi dswigle, such lovely photos of flowers. Walking in the rain is a wonderful pastime but we tend to err from going out simply because we will get wet. I know I do this!
I can remember being the only parent who let their kids go out and play in the rain. Is a matter of fact, I would go with them and we would find little puddles and splash in them. I cannot tell you the sound of joy those kids made. I'm pretty sure my neighbors thought I was crazy. LOL
Some days, I just got to be me. Today's I quietly toe the line and stay looking like a respectable citizen.
