This challenge is for you!

Each week we'll have a new THEME for the challenge, but always required: BATTLES.

CHALLENGE RULES

THEME: GRUMPY DWARF

Edition: BETA
Rarity: COMMON
Element: NEUTRAL
ATTACK: MELEE
ABILITIES: Reach at level 1; Enrage at level 5

Note from Carrie: Happy, Friday, friends of the Splinterlands! I hope this week earned you much DEC in your battling. Enter: Grumpy Dwarf. Imma be honest, while I used to heavily rely on Neutral monsters nowadays I often forget about them. Except for the Chicken, of course. 😉 But not this guy. I love me some cheap (mana) reach action. I was quite surprised I'd not highlight this angry little buddy before. He's not the fastest, but with his added armor he can be great as support in your lineup, especially in Life (at least for me). Do you use Mr. Grumpy Pants? What's your favorite Splinter to pair him with? 🥰@carrieallen

      Thank you for this opportunity! I completed an article expressing why I think Splinterlands, peakD, and Hive are the future of social media and gaming. Mostly, I just really wanted to be able to say thank you to this wonderful community!

      As I don;t have a Grumpy Dwarf that pulls ANY weight at my current league class I wrote about the deck I have been using as i thought it might be helpful for newer players!

        Thank you for choosing this card for the challenge. I have lots of new players in my guild I'm trying to encourage to be active in posting, and since everyone has this card, I hope it helps bring some people into the greater hive / splinterlands community by posting.

                This was a really fun Weekly Challenge! I too am surprised with the outcome. Watch how a lineup full of monsters from the Base Set defeat the opponents over USD$700 lineup!
