I believe we will see significant growth, especially since many gold and silver people seem to be coming to Steemit; and as the price of silver and gold rise over the coming months interest in gold and silver content will explode. - Grow the community

I would take care of the Secretary Position. My commitment is to coordinate the activities and admin, and deal with issues of curation, since this is my field of expertise (that is writing about gold and silver – which would include reading many posts).
Please nominate yourself or others for the other representative positions or any thing you can contribute to make this community succeed, for example how we can fill some of those positions.

Definitely will join, I think it's a great idea, I try to keep myself updated with silver and gold watching Greg Hunter , Greg Mannarino, read up on silver doctors, and such. Unfortunately on silver doctors there's a lot of misguided information, some good but some not.
I watched silver when it dropped to 30.00, and kept dropping.
I said if your going to buy, keep buying all the way down, it was at 50.00 and everyone thought it was finally going to break out, but it dived.
I'm still believing it's being manipulated and they are playing the paper market game.
While they play with the paper, buy the real deal!
Sorry so long but there's just so much oppurtunity right now.

I gave an upvote and a resteem and would like to join as a background member in this community.
So now and then I will submit a story but not on regular basis. I am interested in the way silver and gold are behaving in the market and am trying to trade on it. Not always successful by the way, but at the end with a little succes. I am not thinkink that silver will be having a "moonshot" so to say because of the rigging of the markets. I do believe in some kind of a reset in the monetary system where gold and or silver will play a part in but not in the foreseeable future. For now it is mostly fun for me in how prices are behaving and yes I keep some silver rounds but I am not stacking it in vast amounts.

Great News!! I have already written a couple of silver articles (that earnt me $0) so I am glad to see a community forming. I have followed everyone, upvoted and resteemed and will look at doing an article on why I am joining the community sometime soon. I've been investing in silver and gold since 2009. It has served it's purpose as an insurance against what the government is doing to the USD; But because of the complete manipulation of it's markets; Any profit from those investments has been denied.
I started investing in cryptocurrencies about 5 months ago. The profit potential is amazing but don't think the long term intrinsic value thing is as good as precious metals. Want to work out an investing strategy integrating precious metals and crypto!
I'm over 70 and have 50 years of investing experience!

hello. seems like a lot of stackers are on steem.it but i don't know if we need more silver rhetoric it is about the most over beaten dead horse imaginable. for the last 8 yrs all i've heard is silver will break out, in april, oh october, ah now next march, absolutely by september, on and on blah, blah, blah........ a group to lick our wounds might be useful therapy, anyone else get ripped off by the free lakota bank and rob gray/ perhaps we can buy and sell peer to peer and use steem for payment. just to talk about what an undervalued bargain silver is at these suppressed prices is just so old, true, but so old and tired, we need some parabolic price action, enough talk. peace.
