If this is true then rumors about stolen/exploited funds are false and it should be easy to find out who donated/transferred HIVE to adm account.

Just because someone transfers funds doesn't make them the owner of the account. Your issue with Hivewatchers has always been the lack of communication which just lead to all the misunderstanding.
I don't downvote with adm because it fucks up the Spaminator bot when someone uses it. It messes up my calculations. I have no interest in Quackwatch or any similar account. I'm also not interested in the left agenda and I can very easily prove that, just take a look at https://dline.xyz, this is my fediverse instance for Hive users. It promotes free speech, you can create your account and see for yourself.

Just for clarity, I have been downvoting @quackwatch for several reasons. One of them being because the @adm account has been upvoting @quackwatch comments 100% on the 6th day and now upvoting these comments 100% more broadly.
As I understand it, @adm has been a shared account that was donated HP/SP to combat abuse. It's not a good look for @adm to be upvoting spam comments 100% on the 6th day. It erodes confidence in its mission.

That account is currently under investigation. Like many others, it knows how to skirt the line which makes our job difficult.

I don't support downvoting anyone for their opinion unless we're talking pedophiles or extreme hate speech. Flat-earthers believe in ideas that make no rational sense to me at all but I don't particularly care that they express them. Everyone is an anti-vaxxer these days. Either way, they're not in Hivewatchers scope.

I don't use the adm account manually. If you see a random % it's Spaminator. If you see a flat % (100%, 20% etc) then it's someone else. That's the extent of my knowledge.

Ninja mined stake = stake that was mined when Steemit rolled back previous legit mining and restarted it before giving community miners a chance, therefore creating the giant Steemit stake with no competition. Previously mined stake was erased by them.
