One of the main purposes of game rules is that they give reasons for players to hold a big card collections as certain game rules make specific cards crazy overpowered. If there is 1 rule that does this for a big group of cards it's the Reverse Speed Rule. Since Speed is so powerful in the game not only allowing to attack first but also having an increased chance of misses especially slow cards, the actual use-case of slower monsters is totally neglectable. That is if it wasn't for this rule. Since there are so many slow cards that are very hard to use in any other rule set, I would not mind if 1 out of 4 battles or so has the reverse speed rule. I'm not sure what the exact number is but I don't see it popping up more regularly compared to other rules.
If there is 1 monster that instantly comes to mind with this rule set it is the Cyclops acting as an excellent option to play in the back. It is protected by Shield as rarely you see Magic Damage with Sneak. This also works well with the Spirit Hoarder allowing it to get healed and blinding opponents which works as the slower the speed the more likely to evade attacks with this rule.
With only the Fire Summoner and 4 mana-cost or lower cards available, it was mostly a matter of having many cards available. I played 2 tanks that had self-heal in front knowing 1 of them would not be allowed to attack until the other one died. These were the Cerberus & the Xenith Monk I followed those up by 2 support monsters that allowed for some healing in the Spirit Hoarder & the Beetle Queen. Finally in the backline I placed the Fire Demon & the Fire Beetle
This was an easy 100% win according to Splintertools mostly because my opponent didn't have the cards at a higher level to really compete with this game rule.
