Week 30 Results | 16W-17L-3P | -0.453 Units Loss

This is a weekly overview of my personal sports betting/trading results on teams from the Belgian Jupiler League documenting my journey toward long-term profit with some insights on my overall approach.

It was a pretty regular week grinding out some bets without having any positions that really stood out an overall small loss which easily could have been profit. It remains hard to find really good value spots and get in with bigger stakes all at once. Instead, I much more need to cost-average my way in and out of certain positions which this season really helped in overall stability while it doesn't look to hurt the overall edge that much.

Only 3 bets this week of which 2 lost and 1 pushed which puts me back to square overall on these bets this season. I just will continue putting these bets out as I do believe in a long-term edge on them.

I'm still thinking to just dropping the idea to also take bets on Copytip given the fact that it's so hard with the limits and I rarely have bets anymore here I'm overly confident to take them in one go. I will see where it goes toward the end of the season. In case I do have bigger bets, I will share them also on the SBC Discord Channel the moment I get into them.

Season 2021-2022 Personal Betting Chart

The season overall results chart still looks great even though I keep failing week after week to really get my stakes up. Last week I only got to 5.98 units staked which is well below the 10 I aim to have on average. At this point in the season however, I rather keep my chart clean instead of taking the risk to have a big drop as a result of trying to get my volume up. There are 4 more rounds to go before the playoffs I and might take thos to 'restart' with an attempt to increase stakes even though it likely will be something for the 2022-2023 season. I did raise what a 1 unit stake represents at the start of this season compared to the last one with +60% and will likely go up next season with another +25% since my bankroll easily can handle it still being in a zone where I'm probably too conservative.
