Los cambios a través del tiempo empiezan a ser evidentes y a veces nos maravillan. Contaré qué cambios noté en mi país a lo largo del tiempo en cuanto a infraestructura y tecnología.
Si volviéramos a los años 90, obviamente no tendríamos internet, por lo menos en mi casa no era algo que pudiéramos acceder. Creo que fueron los mejores tiempos.
Si uno se pone a analizar las cosas, eramos mucho más humanos que hoy en día. Recuerdo que mi padre llegaba del trabajo y se encontraba con mamá a merendar y charlaban mucho.
Hoy en día eso no es posible porque están inmersos en la pantalla de un teléfono. Desvía la atención de nuestro entorno y preferimos dirigirnos a alguien virtual que a quien tenemos a nuestro lado en forma física.
Para no deprimirme con este punto, pues creo que los años 90 fueron muy valiosos. Obviamente uno habla desde los recuerdos, pues nuestra mente percibía un mundo diferente, tal vez perfecto.
Pues yo salía mucho a jugar con los demás, sobre todo en verano. Tirábamos bombitas de agua y era muy divertido. Supongo que los niños de ahora están encerrados en una habitación jugando videojuegos.
El primer avance que noté desde esos tiempos fueron las televisiones en color. Recuerdo muy bien que teníamos una grande en blanco y negro y no fue hasta que compraron una de color. Un televisor de tubo de 14 pulgadas.
El cambio fue muy notorio sin tener en cuenta la reducción del tamaño de la pantalla. Pues todo se veía mucho mejor y allí en primera instancia conectábamos un reproductor de cassettes VHS.
Si me esperan unos pocos minutos les mostraré como eran estos cassettes. Venían junto a una revista semanal en donde básicamente veías videos de gente demostrando su destreza al límite. Algo que hoy se puede ver en YouTube obviamente.
Obviamente yo tenía mis primeros años de vida pero los recuerdo muy bien. En aquellos tiempos veíamos eso porque aún tampoco teníamos televisión por cable, hasta que después nos compartieron y pagamos el servicio mitad y mitad.
Recuerdo maravillarnos con esas acrobacias pero también había alguien a quién admiraba mucho. Ese hombre era un mago llamado David Copperfield, un ilusionista de gran nivel en aquellas épocas.
Cuando por fin la tecnología avanzó un poco más ya había internet, pero aún no en mi casa, pues no tenía una computadora. Así que entraba a navegar en la casa de alguien más. Con navegar me refiero con entrar a ver Cartoon Network XD
Oh pero se podía ver videos desde internet en ese tiempo? Genial. Yo tengo entendido que en los comienzos de internet no se podia acceder a videos, solo al email y a pequeños archivos como videos de 30 segundos
Obviamente el internet no era de fibra óptica ni cable modem, ni habían velocidades simétricas. Solo había Dial-Up, por lo que con el mismo cable de teléfono te conectabas. Hacía un ruido horrible hasta que estabas en internet.
Pero eso no lo experimentaría recién después del año 2000.
En 1998 recibí como regalo mi poderosa PlayStation. Una revolución en aquellos tiempos en cuanto a videojuegos. Pasaba las tardes jugando y se disfrutaba mucho.
Esa era una muy buena época, tenemos algunas experiencias parecidas también recuerdo recibir esa consola en aquellos años, un mar de alegría. Sin duda los tiempos van cambiando y la tecnología va transformando a la sociedad rápidamente.
Hubo un momento en que mi mamá me dio a elegir entre el N64 y la Playstation, sin embargo, en una semana me compró ambas consolas, fue una de las semanas más felices de mi vida 🤣
Wow, las dos consolas. Bueno, yo siempre quise una PlayStation desde que las vi que las vendían en algunos locales (aunque había quien la vendía en la vereda jaja). El catálogo de juegos me interesaba mucho así que esa fue la que me gustó.
Oh, hay un meme por ahí que dice que cuando jugábamos de niños lo hacíamos y nos divertíamos, pero ahora de viejos lo hacemos con un cargo de conciencia constante 😂
Recuerdo mucho que jugábamos al Medievil. Era un juego fabuloso en aquellos tiempos. Hace un tiempo hicieron una remasterización para las nuevas consolas.
El mayor cambio que se puede notar es en la infraestructura. La ciudad ha cambiado mucho su aspecto y por suerte tenemos fotografías de aquellos tiempos.
Para bien ya que está todo mucho más iluminado y las veredas están en buen estado ahora. Lo malo es que cuando caminas sientes que todas las casas se les parecen, muy monótono.
Recuerdo que los buses que pasaban por allí eran bastante antiguos y no fueron reemplazados por otros hasta recién después del año 2000. Incluso los que fueron reemplazados se reemplazaron otra vez por los actuales.
En aquellos tiempos había que darle monedas a un empleado del transporte para que te de un boleto de viaje. Sino, había una máquina dentro similar a las telefónicas.
Jajajaja, obvio. Ahora nos manejamos con una tarjeta que la apoyamos en un aparato y descuenta del saldo que tengamos. Sirve para el bus y para el tren, no sé si el subterráneo también ya que nunca viajo en esos.

Pero a decir verdad no sé cuando fue que cambió el sistema. Recuerdo que el boleto te lo entregaba un hombre antes de subir. Puede ser que el chofer hiciese el mismo trabajo de darte ese boleto y luego vinieron las máquinas.
Los canales que más veía eran Cartoon Network, Magic Kids, Cablín (creo que era uno nacional), y otros que ya no eran tanto para niños pero los veía igual (como MTV, ya que pasaban un programa llamado Celebrity Deathmatch).
Obviamente pude ver también lo que nos gustaba mucho en esos tiempos. Por ejemplo Dragon Ball, Pókemon, Dígimon, etc. Series de animé en las que se conversaba mucho al respecto en la escuela.
Con ello las empresas de papas fritas solían hacer promociones en donde te podías encontrar con figuras o coleccionables dentro del envoltorio y tal vez tenías la oportunidad de encontrar la figura ganadora.
Yo he encontrado muchas veces la figurita ganadora y mi felicidad era enorme. Luego teníamos que ir a canjearla y a veces era un juguete pero no recuerdo bien si había que pagar para el canje o era gratis.
También podías encontrarte con algunas cosas dentro y estaba muy bien. La que recuerdo más era una promoción de un alien que tenía muy buenas figuras para coleccionar. También había otro que era de zombies.
A mí me encantaban las figuras porque tenían ese color que iba brillando cuando las movías o te movías tu. A día de hoy me siguen encantando pero ya estoy grande para coleccionarlas XD
También coleccionaba pequeños autos como los de Hot Wheels, aunque no me quedaron más de esos, tal vez porque no les había dado la importancia que deberían. Hoy están muy caros, pero dan ganas de tener una colección.
Cuando vino el año 2000 yo creo que todo fue cayendo económicamente. De hecho en el 2001 aquí en mi país hubo un gran problema debido a un corralito que se había instaurado por decisión de un hombre.
Obviamente esto creó una crisis y todos nos vimos afectados. Recuerdo que cuando cumplí años mi deseo era ir a ver una película al cine y pues no me pudieron llevar. Así que me sentí muy mal aquella vez.
Si volvemos a la tecnología, el internet estaba avanzando pasando del Dial-Up a la denominada ADSL. Aunque no estaba muy claro, creo que fue la tecnología anterior al promocionado "Cable Modem".
Esa primer computadora venía fallada y se me congelaba cada cierto tiempo. Tenía 128 MB de memoria, un disco duro de 40 GB y el procesador creo que no pasaba los 2 Ghz. La memoria gráfica era de 32 MB.
No fue hasta el 2007 que la reemplacé por otra mucho mejor y ahí hasta pude jugar videojuegos que para esos tiempos eran la nueva generación. Con esa máquina pude jugar Resident Evil 5 más adelante de manera óptima.
La ciudad había cambiado pero no tanto. Los automóviles sí, ya se empezaban a ver un poco diferentes, con mejores dinámicas, ya no parecían hechos enteramente de metal.
Recuerdo muy bien que los automóviles de los 90, por ejemplo el parachoques del auto era totalmente de algún metal que hasta se podía pulir para que brillara. Luego del año 2000, venían de plástico con goma espuma dentro.
Lo que sí sufríamos era mucho los apagones de electricidad. Supongo que por el mal gobierno que se nos había venido encima y las malas decisiones de administración. Hubo que esperar a un buen presidente para que no volviera a pasar.
Pero bueno, lejos de eso, todo parecía estar bien. La inflación no era tan grande como lo es ahora, donde muchos opinan que estamos entrando en una hiperinflación. Así que creo que el tiempo pasado siempre será mejor.
Todo ha cambiado bastante respecto a todos esos años mencionados. De pasar de tener 3 Megas de internet a 150 actualmente. Una locura, pero tal vez desaprovechada, al menos en mi experiencia.
La infraestructura de la ciudad sí ha cambiado rotundamente, tanto que cada casa se está pareciendo una a la otra. Lograron perder personalidad y su color base es es gris.
Cualquier diría que es una fábrica en vez de una casa.
En mi opinión, si tuviera una casa propia comprada con el esfuerzo de mi sudor, la haría sentir mi hogar y lucir más bella que nunca con la personalización que yo le desee dar.
Creo que a la gente de hoy le falta eso y mucho más.
Recuerdo que en 2014 aproximadamente vendí una PS3 a $3500, hoy su valor es de $79.000 ARS. Y no la vendí porque quise, sino más por una necesidad, pues tenía que pagar un tratamiento, pero a día de hoy siento que fue mala decisión.
De hecho hace poco lograron que un paciente parapléjico volviera a caminar conectando su cerebro con su médula espinal a través de Bluetooth. Increíble realmente.
La ciencia sigue avanzando a rumbos inimaginables.

Obviamente el internet no era de fibra óptica ni cable modem, ni habían velocidades simétricas. Solo había Dial-Up, por lo que con el mismo cable de teléfono te conectabas. Hacía un ruido horrible hasta que estabas en internet.

En 1998 recibí como regalo mi poderosa PlayStation. Una revolución en aquellos tiempos en cuanto a videojuegos. Pasaba las tardes jugando y se disfrutaba mucho.
Esa era una muy buena época, tenemos algunas experiencias parecidas también recuerdo recibir esa consola en aquellos años, un mar de alegría. Sin duda los tiempos van cambiando y la tecnología va transformando a la sociedad rápidamente.
Sí, obviamente. Aún recuerdo muy bien aquella vez, era verano y mamá venía de viaje con esa sorpresa.
Esa tarde jugué por muchas horas a los juegos que me venían con la consola.
Hubo un momento en que mi mamá me dio a elegir entre el N64 y la Playstation, sin embargo, en una semana me compró ambas consolas, fue una de las semanas más felices de mi vida 🤣
Wow, las dos consolas. Bueno, yo siempre quise una PlayStation desde que las vi que las vendían en algunos locales (aunque había quien la vendía en la vereda jaja). El catálogo de juegos me interesaba mucho así que esa fue la que me gustó.
Nunca tuve una consola de videojuegos 🥲

Nunca es tarde para tener una. Yo me he perdido la generación de la PS4 y muy posiblemente también la de la PS5 por el incremento de los precios.
Pero confío en que las cryptos me permitirán ese pequeño sueño.
Oh, hay un meme por ahí que dice que cuando jugábamos de niños lo hacíamos y nos divertíamos, pero ahora de viejos lo hacemos con un cargo de conciencia constante 😂

Lo mejor es que mi padre y yo hacíamos un buen equipo. Creo que fue un muy buen recuerdo que perdura en el tiempo. Momentos muy lindos que viví.

Recuerdo mucho que jugábamos al Medievil. Era un juego fabuloso en aquellos tiempos. Hace un tiempo hicieron una remasterización para las nuevas consolas.

Los automóviles de aquellas épocas no eran los que vemos hoy en día, claramente. Mi familia tenía un Fiat 1500 que nos llevaba a todas partes.
Solíamos salir todos los domingos a algún lado sin falta. Buenos momentos sin duda.

Sí, realmente una tradición muy linda. Siempre íbamos a los shoppings o a algunos parques a disfrutar del día.

El mayor cambio que se puede notar es en la infraestructura. La ciudad ha cambiado mucho su aspecto y por suerte tenemos fotografías de aquellos tiempos.
Pero ha cambiado para bien o para mal?
Para bien ya que está todo mucho más iluminado y las veredas están en buen estado ahora. Lo malo es que cuando caminas sientes que todas las casas se les parecen, muy monótono.

Recuerdo que los buses que pasaban por allí eran bastante antiguos y no fueron reemplazados por otros hasta recién después del año 2000. Incluso los que fueron reemplazados se reemplazaron otra vez por los actuales.

En aquellos tiempos había que darle monedas a un empleado del transporte para que te de un boleto de viaje. Sino, había una máquina dentro similar a las telefónicas.

Sí, en realidad era así. No sé como hacían la recaudación luego, si retiraban las monedas luego del turno del chofer o cómo.
Creo que venía un tipo a abrirla y llevarse el bolso que había dentro, aún con la gente en el bus xd

Jajajaja, obvio. Ahora nos manejamos con una tarjeta que la apoyamos en un aparato y descuenta del saldo que tengamos. Sirve para el bus y para el tren, no sé si el subterráneo también ya que nunca viajo en esos.
deja preguntarte una cosa con respecto a eso mismo. Ustedes pagan más por tarjetas o con billetes? Porque con la inflación serían muchos billetes a pagar, cierto? #spanish
Pero a decir verdad no sé cuando fue que cambió el sistema. Recuerdo que el boleto te lo entregaba un hombre antes de subir. Puede ser que el chofer hiciese el mismo trabajo de darte ese boleto y luego vinieron las máquinas.

Cuando llegaron las máquinas dentro del bus metías las monedas y te tiraba un ticket muy diferente a los anteriores.
Este había sido impreso y siempre se atascaban las monedas. Muchos aprovechaban para llevarse algunas xD

Hablando de máquinas, en aquellos tiempos habían máquinas telefónicas con el mismo sistema, metías unas monedas para tener saldo para comunicarte.
Generalmente no teníamos teléfono de línea en casa, salvo algunas excepciones.

Antes de pasar al año 2000, quisiera rememorar algunas cosas de mi infancia. Yo creo que fue muy lindo porque habían muchas cosas interesantes.

Con ello las empresas de papas fritas solían hacer promociones en donde te podías encontrar con figuras o coleccionables dentro del envoltorio y tal vez tenías la oportunidad de encontrar la figura ganadora.

Yo he encontrado muchas veces la figurita ganadora y mi felicidad era enorme. Luego teníamos que ir a canjearla y a veces era un juguete pero no recuerdo bien si había que pagar para el canje o era gratis.

Cuando vino el año 2000 yo creo que todo fue cayendo económicamente. De hecho en el 2001 aquí en mi país hubo un gran problema debido a un corralito que se había instaurado por decisión de un hombre.

Si volvemos a la tecnología, el internet estaba avanzando pasando del Dial-Up a la denominada ADSL. Aunque no estaba muy claro, creo que fue la tecnología anterior al promocionado "Cable Modem".
Empecé con 3 Megas de velocidad.

Claro que eso fue mucho más adelante, yo creo que en el 2005/2006. Para ese entonces tenía una computadora que hoy sería obsoleta.
Tenía un Intel Celeron de la prehistoria. En esos tiempos todos querían tener una Pentium IV.

Esa primer computadora venía fallada y se me congelaba cada cierto tiempo. Tenía 128 MB de memoria, un disco duro de 40 GB y el procesador creo que no pasaba los 2 Ghz. La memoria gráfica era de 32 MB.

No fue hasta el 2007 que la reemplacé por otra mucho mejor y ahí hasta pude jugar videojuegos que para esos tiempos eran la nueva generación. Con esa máquina pude jugar Resident Evil 5 más adelante de manera óptima.

La ciudad había cambiado pero no tanto. Los automóviles sí, ya se empezaban a ver un poco diferentes, con mejores dinámicas, ya no parecían hechos enteramente de metal.

Recuerdo muy bien que los automóviles de los 90, por ejemplo el parachoques del auto era totalmente de algún metal que hasta se podía pulir para que brillara. Luego del año 2000, venían de plástico con goma espuma dentro.

Lo que sí sufríamos era mucho los apagones de electricidad. Supongo que por el mal gobierno que se nos había venido encima y las malas decisiones de administración. Hubo que esperar a un buen presidente para que no volviera a pasar.

La infraestructura de la ciudad sí ha cambiado rotundamente, tanto que cada casa se está pareciendo una a la otra. Lograron perder personalidad y su color base es es gris.

La tecnología sigue avanzando pero el costo para acceder a ella, al menos aquí, es muy alto.
Tal vez se deba a la importación de los productos o tal vez a otros factores, pero lo cierto es que el precio de cada cosa se multiplicó.

Recuerdo que en 2014 aproximadamente vendí una PS3 a $3500, hoy su valor es de $79.000 ARS. Y no la vendí porque quise, sino más por una necesidad, pues tenía que pagar un tratamiento, pero a día de hoy siento que fue mala decisión.

Yo tengo en Hive desde antes de que empezara pero la falta de constancia ha hecho que muchos que entraron después estén mucho más adelante y hasta trabajando con proyectos grandes. Yo siento como que apenas empecé este año xD
Creo que estamos igual. No he tenido constancia por la universidad y la obligatoriedad de entregar trabajos y dar exámenes.
