1. Give more value to establish close relationships rather than selling

8. Always Stand Behind Your Promises and Make Your Promises

The major pillar that holds every business is the customer base. Where there is no customers, there is no business. I have once stressed that as a business owner, the way you treat your staff will also rub off on your customers. Customers develop a bond between them and business attendants. This means that if you do not know how to keep regular staff members, you are unlikely to be able to satisfy and keep customers too.

For any business customers are indispensable and people like to be concerned about them so as you say you have to show interest in them not only because they want to buy but go beyond the economic! That way they will want to come back more often.
