I don't know how they have so big storage of power. Mine gets up between 9 and 10 (I have stuff to do at work) doesn't sleep in the afternoon and still is awake until 1-2 in the morning. I think that I don't have a toddler .... Perhaps "disco boy" because at around 10 pm he loves to sing with the top of his lungs, and dance ...

I try to avoid getting there the best I can but if I ever get into a space like that I just try to ride it out and let it happen. If I try to fight it, it creates more internal conflict which can be draining
I have several strategies, depending on how deep it has fallen:
Write. Although I then throw the paper in the trash, the important thing is to get negative thoughts out of your mind.
Go for a walk. If it can be close to nature, it’s better. I walk until I run out of strength. And I’ll come back better.
Wait. Let the day go by, taking advantage of it to do something I like even if I don’t feel like it. I let it be the sleep of the night that calms the pain. The next day everything looks better.
I also need to talk to someone I trust or listen to relaxing music.
I am too, I always see their behind the scenes clips on Facebook and I'm amazed. The Jesus actor too is a very good one in fact. I think they're making season 6 or so

Yeah I know, I watched a few episodes. But if you want more, the anime is like 600 hours haha. I didn’t like it much until I realized just how much symbolism and deep themes the writer uses
I watched naruto so I understand the PAIN and joy. Also check out lookism in case u haven't watched it yet.
Lookism is on another level. A bit different plot but perfect execution. I cried watching anime in a few scenes. But the main character made me proud in the ends as a watcher it felt like I did something watching his progress instead of the anime hahaha
lot’s of great anime out there. I watched Naruto growing up, loved the main plot but the filler was horrid! It was painful waiting. My favorite anime these past 5 years is Made in Abyss. The style would usually be too cute for me but the world, music and emotion are 🤩
My most relaxing nature is the cloud and the trees. It leaves me hitting whenever I look through them.A different feels I get when down and depressed as I get the calmness I ever need.Blue,white and green. Best nature colour ever.

I've noticed over the years that I hardly watch new shows, and instead just re-watch a few that I really like.
Yeah, I don’t give the new stuff a fair chance either really. I feel like I’m so busy that when I have time to watch something I automatically go for what I know I’ll like… 🤷🏾♂️
That's the thing, it's like a fear of wasting time watching something new that could end up to be crap.
There's one I never stop watching, every time I finish I start again on season 1, it's my favorite TV show ever : Friends 🤩👌.
But I also watch new ones if they catch my attention.
Friends is one of those sort of shows!
I watch Arrested Development, Peep Show, and It's Always Sunny, plus a couple others.
I hardly watch any TV or streaming 🫣 Apart from Ted Lasso. 😜
I've never actually seen Ted Lasso, I just looked it up and based on the synopsis it sounds funny.
It is a very good series indeed. Fun but also with good learnings for life.

Yeah I know, I watched a few episodes. But if you want more, the anime is like 600 hours haha. I didn’t like it much until I realized just how much symbolism and deep themes the writer uses
I watched naruto so I understand the PAIN and joy. Also check out lookism in case u haven't watched it yet.
Lookism is on another level. A bit different plot but perfect execution. I cried watching anime in a few scenes. But the main character made me proud in the ends as a watcher it felt like I did something watching his progress instead of the anime hahaha
lot’s of great anime out there. I watched Naruto growing up, loved the main plot but the filler was horrid! It was painful waiting. My favorite anime these past 5 years is Made in Abyss. The style would usually be too cute for me but the world, music and emotion are 🤩
