Got back from the gym after leg day
Last leg day was cut short because I felt a pinch in my right knee which got me worried
But today everything went well and I feel no pain after the workout which is a good sign
leg day is never easy but fun when you push yourself further.
Now do some rest and post gym meal would be a good idea.

The only reason I can do this is because of the Power Down which I should have done a lot earlier. $HIVE has been a massive disappointment in every single front.
Yeah, I still have hope that $HIVE will rebound at some point, (the blockchain itself is just that good,) but my !HOPE diminishes whenever I see HIVE drama boil again...
Technology is a big factor in why I invested heavily in HIVE. The problems came from other dramatic toxicity and circle jerking Whales that do not grow the pie or sometimes even against the very things that does grow the pie.
