I am trying to quit smoking. for almost two weeks now. I have had two set backs. Both for 1 pack of 20 smokes each. But as of now I am about 60 hours/2 and half days without one.
Slowly, dont quit abruptly and at once. Don't keep the lighter with you so you can subdue the urge. Better first cutting the ratio to 4 cigarettes a day, then two and then one. Then quit it in 40 days.

Tough loss by the Mets tonight. Their seven game winning streak is over. The only thing that irks me about this loss is that they were losing most of the game come back and take the lead and then lose it in the bottom of the ninth to division rival Nationals. You have to win those games when you come back but alas you can't win them all. It's a four game series, so they just have to get them tomorrow.
Why would Internet data provider gives midnight data bonuses when they know they won't allow someone to use it. I have midnight data bonus, but as soon as it's midnight, the network connection goes out completely until the next day.

Today I'm not particularly inspired to cook. I'm throwing together a baked pasta casserole using penne, marinara, meatballs, and cheese. Sides of garlic bread and salad. This is mostly food assembly.
Not sure I can be overly excited about the Cowboys three picks so far but they were definitely needs being filled. I'm just anxious for them to get a running back and a wide receiver and the dynamic guys are coming off the board. The 'Boys plugged a need with a Guard (Tyler Booker), an Edge rusher (Donovan Ezeiruaku) who looks like a beast and now they drafted a cornerback who only played three games last season because he tore his ACL but they say he would have been a first rounder if that injury wouldn't of happened. With Diggs still coming back from injury, Shavon Revel, Jr. will fill in then when all three are healthy it will be Bland, Diggs and Revel, Jr. making a dynamic trio of Cornerbacks. They still have 9 more picks tomorrow.
There is a lot of bullshit surrounding the guy. Everything from him being blackballed to racism to him being a can't miss first rounder to him not being that good. Honestly, he's got the tools and perhaps some humility would serve him well but in my opinion I believe teams don't want to deal with his dad. I think it's bullshit, because he's Deion's son and has been successful at the college level he should not be going lower in the draft but here we are he is still not drafted.

That's great. I finally quit smoking myself with nicotine pouches - I had never been able to cold turkey quite before.
Nicotine in moderation isn't particularly harmful, once you cut out the inhalation and smoke.

Sounds like marketing but they can't actually deliver, it is also possible that the bonus causes traffic the provider can't handle !DOOK
That may be true because a lot of people normally like to do midnight browsing because of free internet data.
It's really frustrating.
Last night was a hell for me, I stayed away waiting for it return for over 3 hours without success.
Oh, poor you. The network in my area isn't this worse.
My network provider boosts speed after midnight and no disruption with unlimited data usage.
I do enjoy such before with my older network provider before I switched to this new one for cheaper service.
My service provider is quite reasonable and does not tergiversate.
They gave you it as bonus but they don't allow you to use. So, it can be said as prank. isn't it?
