Welcome back to my blog where I'm going to share a digital portrait of a famous actor/character Robert Pattinson AKA Edward Cullen that I successfully digitalized with a little skill that I have with Adobe Illustrator.
Let's see the completed art.
This is the digital portrait of the famous character and I've found the reference photo here.

There's the real photo that I tried to digitalize.
Steps.
I used Adobe Illustrator CS6 to do this. I used the pen tool for the main parts of the art but I had to take help from some other tools as well.
Actually, it's not my usual working style that I do with other portraits. I've digitized it in a different kind of way and tried to give the portrait a different look with a reflection of half of the portrait. Means... At first, I've digitized one side of the actor, and then I just reflected on that part that made the whole. Yeah, it's that easy.
At first, I drew an eye where I have used around nine colors and the eyebrow with one color. Then I drew the shade of the half nose and then I drew half of the lip and I also gave face shading of half the face.
Then I drew part of one ear, and I gave the face, the neck and I drew the dress of the character and I drew two parts in the dress where one is a shirt and another one is a blazer.
Then I clicked on the mouse button only three times and half part of the portrait made another half which made the whole. Yeah, it's that easy...
And then I worked on the hair with two colors and gave a background color and finished the special digital version of Robert Pattinson AKA Edward Cullen. My wife asked me why I was not giving special shade on the half of the face as the reference photo had some and then I replied "This is what I wanted to do".
So... I just presented you with a digital portrait of Robert Pattinson AKA Edward Cullen that I digitalized.
