Monster Cards in Splinterlands Is Probably What Makes the Game so Unique, Absolutely Stunning and this was also what my Friend Struggled the most with!

Not having a Good Grasp Of Monster Cards means U're going to be Generally Bad at Creating Strategies or Contents Around them, So I'm Creating this Extensive Post which will delve into Monster Cards in a Simplified Way so YOU (Are you a Newbie ? xD) can become a Master (read Monster) at it!. Let's Get Started.

Always Begin from the Top - Monster NFTs

As you can see, It's Great to Start from the Top And to see the Big Picture, and Let's Start by GOing Through What Monster Cards in Splinterlands are:

Monster Cards in Splinterlands is Essentially NFTs, we all know the big idea of what NFTs are - Digital Items Printed and Stored on a Blockchain Having a Unique ID.

In the same way, All Splinterlands Cards are Released in the Form of NFTs which can then be Dispersed around, Bought, Sold, and Rented in the Marketplace, and each Player has a Unique Representation of a Card that NO One Else Owns Until he Either Gifts it, Rents it, Or Sells it. That's how Unique these guys are!

In this way, You might wonder how many Unique Monster Cards are Currently in Splinterlands?

Remember when I said NFTs are Printed on the Blockchain? Well Because of this Process which is Larely Automated (i.e, run by a computer code), the Blockchain is Able to Print Hundreds, even Thousands of NFTs very Quickly, and Splinterlands Made the Magic Happen by Releasing Card Editions containing Several Monsters with Unique ID.

Before we Move on to that in the next Section, I'll Give you an Example to see this at work!

For example, Last Week's Share You Battle Challenge with Theme Monster Card - River Nymph.

I decided to Take a Look at this Monster in the Marketplace since I wanted to Rent it For Battling, On Doing So I Found This Section Called Card ID - with Unique, Different, and Random Alphanumeric Code ⬇

Now, Earlier I Mentioned that All Card Editions in Splinterlands include Monsters from Various Elements, This is to Establish a Balance AND Power Among the Elements. Let's Look at Elements Next!.

Elementals in Splinterlands and their Summorners

Elements are without a Doubt the Most Popular aspect of Splinterlands among all kinds of Players including Beginners and Pros. Elementals are also where most Battle Revolves around, that Define Our Choices, Purchase and Rental Choices, Victories and Ultimately Earnings.

What Makes Elemnatals so Unique and Full of Everlasting Interest to Keep Players on their Feet is in In fact - Because, Each Elemental is Unique and Different from Every other one and they Have Maintained that Uniqueness across all the Card Editions Released in Splinterlands.

For Instance, to make this clearer for you - Many Splinterlands Players can Put a General Personality Trait on Each elemental such as Dragons(Overlords, Undefeated, Toughest, Special Abilities), Water (Sneaky, Crafty, Difficult to Master, Magic Attack), Fire (Melee, Bold, Aggressive Attack) and so on.

This shows us that the Splinterlands Team Did one Great thing that has made Elementals Deeply Interesting for Us - They Brought it to Live, Giving Them such Realism and Fantastical Touch.

Seven Splinterlands Elements Listed;

Death is a Fantastic Element and Largely Attracted Attractive to Many Players in Splinterlands. Last Year when I Started Playing Splinterlands, Death was So Powerful In Most Battle scenarios and Was Evidently Superior to Most Other Elementals (such as Earth and Life). With the Release of New Card Editions and the Sort of Monsters they Contain, the Tide of Power Can Change from One Element to Another
