Maybe we are familiar with the Somali African Wildlife Elephant which was first issued in 1999. But what about this Leopard coin? This is only the 4th year release of this coin. Not everybody knows about it.
2021 Somalia Silver African Wildlife Leopard
Leopards are one of the big cats of the world. The big cats are lions, tigers, leopards, and jaguars.
Like the Somali Elephants, the Leopard coin is minted by the Bavarian State Mint and the series is issued on behalf of Somalia. It carries a value of 100 Shillings.
Reverse of the 2021 1 oz Silver African Wildlife Leopard Coin features the leopard perched up in the branches of a tree on the savanna surveying the ground below and waiting for its prey to come into view.
Obverse depicts the national coat of arms for the nation in the Horn of Africa of a crowned shield with a field of horizontal lines and a single star in the center supported leopards with spears and fern leaves crossed beneath the shield.

I think the reason why is because it was not offered by the large online dealers in America before.
But other countries in Europe have them.
