I think I have been too focused on weight loss and getting frustrated now that I am stuck at the same weight for a while now.
Dropped 20 pounds since the holidays but haven't budged in about a month.
Guess the muscle is building and balancing out the fat loss because I have more energetic and stronger. Not to mention my shirts are all starting to get tight in the RIGHT places instead of around my belly, lol.
I am also seeing the differences in the mirror.
So all this to say that I cannot let myself get discouraged because of the lack of movement in the scales. I need to celebrate the movement I have restored in my body, lol.

I was trying to write a blog post last night and didn't know when sleep took my phone from my hands. Woke up later in the night to see the phone at the floor near the couch where I was sitting and fell asleep on. Thank God no one touch the phone, I would've lost the draft.
